Small group skills development workshop
- Target group: Sports management, coaching management, employees, coaches, board
- Content: Workshop for developing the organization and strengthening operating models for a small group. After a situation analysis, a concrete development plan and measures to achieve the goal are created together. Good practices are reviewed.
- Duration: approx. 2.5 h meeting + documentation delivery afterwards

Comprehensive weekly development package
- Content: 3–4 workshops / events (2.5 hours each) for the coaching group, staff and board. A short intensive week, during which a plan for improving operational efficiency, tools and metrics for measuring success are created through a situation analysis.
- Duration: approx. 1 week

Mystery shopping / Audit
- Content: Audit of the activities of an individual coach or group. Development targets are monitored and documented, which are reported to the client for use with development suggestions.

The story of Niemen Pallo Oy
Niemen Pallo Oy was born out of a passion for sports, coaching and developing people. The company's founder, Kalle Niemi, has dedicated over 20 years of his life to football coaching and has worked in various sports management positions as well as in the corporate world. Field experience in coaching combines practical coaching work with work practices learned in the corporate world - this is what makes Niemen Pallo Oy a unique partner in the development of sports and organizations.
Kalle's background as a trainer and mentor is diverse:
Coaching career: over 20 years as a football coach with children, youth and adults, UEFA B coaching qualification
Leadership positions: sports director, Head of youth football
Business world: Veikkaus, Stockmann, Nordea, Eläke-Fennia.
Education: Specialized Management Degree (JET) and specialist vocational qualification in Coaching (VEAT)
